Inarco — the International Art Ware Corporation — was founded in Cleveland, Ohio in 1960 by Irwin Garber, who had previously helped found Napco before starting his own company. Inarco imported and produced ceramic and glass giftware for decades, becoming especially well known for its intricate head vases; the company was purchased by Napco in 1986 and relocated to Jacksonville, Florida.
