Details: This is a very elegant round porcelain box from Mikasa, from their 12 Days of Christmas Platinum Collection, that ran from 1999 through 2000, this design is "9 Ladies Dancing", dated 1999. There's lots of detail on this piece, just the border alone will make you fall in love with it, but that fairy-like lady dancing in the center, with her flowing pink and purple dress, outlined in platinum and surrounded by holly leaves and blue berries, just gorgeous! It is stamped on the bottom: "Christmas 1999, Eve of the New Millennium, Mikasa, Precious Porcelain, Thailand, 12 Days of Christmas". Hand Wash ONLY. A great addition to your Christmas decor or as a gift, it is really in perfect condition.
