- Details: This is a very old cigar box label from the Cuban Cigar Company, located in Cleveland, Ohio. It is a lithograph and it features a two pictures of Professor Morse, a younger professor and then later in life. Professor Morse was the inventor of the telegraph machine and "Morse" code. This label was made by Consolidated Lithographing Corporation in Brooklyn, New York and is a great example of the high quality embossing and gilding, and the beautiful colors that were achieved with a lithograph. It is great as a collector's item, or framed and hung in a study, library or even man-cave or bar. It is a rare find in this condition, original, unused, suitable for framing, and recommended to maintain this condition.
