• Details:  A hard to find French botanical work, vintage lithograph by Jean Louis Prevost (1760 - 1810), now out of print.  It features a floral bouquet of blue and yellow irises with pink roses among other flowers. This is part of Prevost's collection titled:  "Collection des Fleurs et des Fruits".  Marked: "3107 Floral (Prevost), Litho in U.S.A.".  This piece is suitable for framing, and recommended in order to maintain this condition.

• Dimension: 10.25 inches x 8.25 inches including margins.  (Portrait Orientation)
• Condition:  Vintage - NOS.  Excellent Condition.  Never used, no folds, no damaged corners.  The paper is yellowing ever so slightly, acceptable due to age.  Please review all pictures and make sure you love this item before purchasing, we can't accept returns.  Please remember these are VINTAGE and ANTIQUE items, they are NOT new, every effort has been made to show any scratches, wear and tear and imperfections.   

Jean Louis Prévost was born in 1760 in Nointel, France.  He was a still-life painter best known for his depictions of flower arrangements in both oil and watercolor. These wonderful works are so detailed, they have been reproduced as color plates for botanical books, both during his lifetime and after, he died in France in 1810.  His works are in the permanent collection of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston.
