Details: This small oil lamp (aka hurricane lamp), is a rare find, not very common these days, and definitely adorable. These are highly collectible and best of all, they actually work! This one has a wonderful green glass and nicely pleated glass body and sturdy brass-tone metal base. These little lamps are great for patios, as table lamps while dinning outside, or lit indoors (with lamp oil, not kerosene when indoors), small enough to fit on a fireplace mantel. Dimensions: 10.0 inches Tall, (including chimney) and approx. 3.0 inches in Diameter (base)
Condition: Vintage - Used. Good Condition. There are no VISIBLE chips, scratches or cracks on this piece. However, the chimney is chipped all around the base, since this part of the lamp is always covered (fitted inside the burner), it doesn't affect the look of the piece, but we wanted you to be aware so you don't cut yourself, photographed for you. There is discoloration in the metal parts and a tiny bit of rust. These metal parts can be replaced with a bright shiny new one, but we like the patina of the old pieces. This lamp is complete with body, burner, wick and globe/chimney. Please review all pictures and make sure you love this item before purchasing, we can't accept returns. Please remember these are VINTAGE and ANTIQUE items, they are NOT new, every effort has been made to show any scratches, wear and tear and imperfections.
