- Details: This small oil lamp (aka hurricane lamp), is a rare find, not very common, and definitely adorable. These are highly collectible and best of all, they actually work! This one is a bit of a mystery. The glass body is in the Wexford pattern made by Anchor Hocking, located in New Jersey. However, the bottom is embossed: "Lamplight Farms", (which is located in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin), Model NR 6729, Made in Austria, 1986" And the metal parts (burner and collar) read: "Lamplight Farms", so it could have been a team effort to make this little lamp. If the glass was made in Austria, it is very high quality glass and this pattern catches the light beautifully, would look lovely on any setting. These little lamps are great for patios, as table lamps while dinning outside, or lit indoors (with lamp oil, not kerosene when indoors), small enough to fit on a fireplace mantel.
