  • Pattern:  The Dundee
  • Made in Bavaria, Germany
  • Vintage: 1962
  • Details:  This is an absolutely gorgeous set of creamer and sugar! The pattern is called "The Dundee", it has one large pink rose in the center and a thick gold rim.  The china has lovely embossed swirls and the border is scalloped which gives it a lovely, elegant, very romantic look. The backstamp reads:  "Hutschenreuther Selb LHS Bavaria Germany" which tells us it were made between 1939 and 1965.  However, there is also a stamp for Pasco. Pasco was an importer based in New York and they were in business from 1915 to 1970.  We've researched this pattern and believe it was issued in 1962, which coincides with the two marks.  If you are trying to collect this pattern or are looking for a beautiful set of creamer and sugar for your table or buffet, we hope this is a happy find.  We also carry more serving pieces and complete dinnerware sets in this pattern.
