- Details: A really beautiful crate label! This is a very large label with one very large and pretty Daisy on a dark background, bright green leaves and the Sunkist wrapped orange on the bottom right corner complete the picture. The lithographer, Crocker Union Lithograph, San Francisco, Calif. is printed on the bottom right, originally H.S. Crocker Company, they were absorbed by Union Lithographing Co in 1936 and changed the company name to Crocker-Union. They dissolved in 1948. This label is an original, NOT a print or reproduction, unused, old factory stock, framing is recommended to maintain this condition. It came came from long time dealer, Lorie Cairns, who recently sold her inventory, she was one of the pioneers in this business. Collecting labels has become a very popular hobby, mainly because of the many beautiful and unique images/artwork that can be found.
