- Description: This is a gorgeous Victorian era compote by Campbell Jones & Company in their very beautiful Rose in Snow pattern (#0125). Three large roses with stem and leaves embossed on the glass and lots of stippling all around. The border is ruffled that completes the romantic, old world, look. It is perfect as a candy or nut dish, for displaying potpourri, on the dresser for jewelry, or any for use on your table or buffet as servingware. This pattern was introduced in 1883, and the company closed in 1886, it is a rare treat to find such an old item in such great condition. If you're a Campbell Jones collector, this is a very old piece that will stand out in your collection. Otherwise, if you're looking for a beautiful glass piece with multiple uses and lots of history, this one will not disappoint. Makes a beautiful gift.
- Material: Clear Non-Flint Pressed Glass, 3 Mold marks
- Dimensions: 4.75 inches Tall, 6.0 inches in Diameter (top opening) and foot is 3.75 inches in Diameter.
