- Details: A very RARE swizzle stick, from the now defunct Boston 1800 Club. It features a ship's helm (wheel) and a very nice rope-font. The Boston 1800 club was , a waterfront restaurant and nightclub in East Boston. It had a "sea and ships" theme that included a floating cocktail lounge that was a replica of Donald McKay's clipper ship, the Flying Cloud. Unfortunately it was damaged by fire in 1971 and never re-opened. These make a wonderful addition to use in your bar, or display en masse as decor. he pastel Ship Helm plays well for Spring and Summer cocktails. Extremely hard to find, this one will make a great gift for a swizzle stick collector.
