Reading Level: The books follow the adventures of two fraternal sets of twins: Bert and Nan and Flossie and Freddie. Initially the books are about home life and travel adventures. Around 1961 the stories began to focus on mysteries. The Bobbsey Twins books are generally intended for children ages 5 to 8, but the reading level is often higher. Older siblings or adults should read the stories to younger children. If reading independently, it is more appropriate for 8-12 years.
Condition: Vintage - Used. Very Good Condition. Overall this book is in really good vintage condition, however, we didn't rate it excellent because there is a dedication in ink on the inside front cover. The pages are more yellowed (tanning), than visible in the pictures due to lighting, acceptable due to age. Inside there are no tears, folds, missing or loose pages. (282 Pages). Pictures are the best way to access a book's condition. We never want to crease the books by fully opening them, this is why you'll notice the pictures are not always straight.
