- Details: This is a gorgeous, very old crate label from Cupid Brand Grapes. It is a chromolithograph (a colored picture printed by lithography, especially in the late 19th and early 20th centuries). It shows Cupid picking grapes with a basket by his side. There are three different colored grape bunches. The label has a nice shine finish, which we tried to show in the pictures, and the colors are amazingly bright and beautiful, also worth noting, the beautiful lettering, very much the style of the time. The label is marked "New York State Cupid Brand Grapes" "Seneca Lake Concord" "Table Grapes Packed Expressly for and shipped only C. R. Brewer, Starkey, N.Y." Guaranteed Genuine-Original, it was acquired from the estate of one of the premier label dealers of all time. - Condition: Antique - Unused (Guaranteed Original). This is an original, old stock item, never been used. The paper is yellowing but this is consistent with its age, there is also a little curling but it will flatten right out when framed or put in a sleeve.
