- Vintage Advertisement, Wrigley's Chewing Gum Full Page Color, King Spear's Proclamation, Spearmen Characters Illustration, Frameable, 1928 Original, Advertisement Collectors, Ephemera, Fun Classic Advertising Campaigns, Scrapbooking, Crafting, (Discontinued)
- Made in USA
- Vintage: 1928
- Details: This is a very old, a rare find, advertisement for Wrigley's Double Mint Chewing Gum. It is a full page, full color ad from 1928 (almost antique!), with a proclamation from King Spear, one of the Spearmen characters created by Wrigley's. This is an original page from the Pictorial Review Magazine, November 1928, not a print or reproduction, there are condition issues, please see below. The back side has an ad for Cream of Wheat that may also be of interest. Print advertisements are becoming harder to find as we move from print to digital. They are now highly sought after collectibles.
- Materials: Paper
- Dimensions: Page Size Approx 13.75 x 10.0 inches (including margins).
- Condition: Vintage - Used. Average Vintage Condition. This is an original page from a magazine that is 95 years old. There is a large tear on the right side, a small tear on the bottom border and one on the upper right corner. We didn't trim the margins to give you ample space for mating and framing, tears should not be an issue if planning to matt and frame the page. The paper has yellowed slightly, acceptable due to age. Please review all pictures and make sure you love this item before purchasing, we can't accept returns. Please remember these are VINTAGE and ANTIQUE items, they are NOT new, every effort has been made to show any scratches, wear and tear and imperfections.
