Details: This is such a beautiful porcelain trinket box! Not only its shape, but the multi-colored decoration of flowers and butterflies with all its greenery will certainly make it a piece to treasure. It is part of the Avon collection called "Butterfly Fantasy". It is shaped like an open hand fan with the butterfly and floral design on the top (lid). The porcelain is embossed with the look of guards (fan sticks) and accented in gold. It is stamped on the bottom: "Produced exclusively for Avon Products, Inc. Hand Crafted Porcelain, Avon Products 1984". It still retains its original Made in Japan sticker. Excellent on a dressing table for jewelry, in a powder room, girl's room to corral small items, even in a sunroom or covered patio. We also carry two Egg-Shaped trinket boxes from the same Butterfly Fantasy collection, (while supplies last).
Condition: Vintage - Used. Excellent Condition. There are no scratches, chips or other defects on this item.
