- Pattern: Euclid with Floral Decal #238 (Discontinued)
- Made in Crooksville, OH, USA
- Vintage: 1930's
- Details: This is a very old, and very nice, serving platter. It is from Crooksville China Company in their Euclid pattern which is actually the name of the ceramic pattern, not the floral design. Euclid has a beautifully embossed fruit design all around the border, this pattern was used with several different decals. The platter is rectangular with crimped and rounded corners, this shape was primarily made during the mid 1930's. This is part of their Bak-In Ware Collection. The decal does not have a name, perhaps it's the #238 stamped on the back but we could not confirm. The decal has pretty flowers in pink, yellow, and blue with green and brown leaves. The color of this china is not white, it has a subtle cream tone to it and a gold rim. The back-stamp reads: Pantry BAK-IN ware by Crooksville 238". Perfect for a Spring or Summer table setting, for Easter, Mother's Day or a special birthday.
- Materials: Ceramic
- Dimensions: 12 inches Long (11 7/8 exact), and 9.5 inches Wide, (9 3/8 exact).
- Condition: Vintage - Used. Very Good Vintage Condition considering its age. There is a manufacturing flaw on one area on the rim, there's a small piece of clay left that feels rough and it is bumpy, (photographed for you). It does not take away from the overall beauty of the piece. There are no cracks or chips, very light scratches consistent with age/use/wear. Some crazing on the back only. Gold rim is in excellent condition. Please review all pictures and make sure you love this item before purchasing, we can't accept returns. Please remember these are VINTAGE and ANTIQUE items, they are NOT new, every effort has been made to show scratches, wear and tear and imperfections.
