• Details:  A wonderful brooch featuring an angel holding a star.  It is a gold plated with wonderful filigree work.  The pin has a safety clap and it has the signature mark for Premier Designs on the star.  Beautiful addition to your jewelry collection.

Premier Designs Inc. was founded by Andy and Joan Horner in Irving, Texas in 1985. They were a home shopping sales venture, much like Avon and Mary Kay, however, much of their profits went to support ministries around the world.  Due to changes in the business world and competition from lower quality international imports, they closed their doors on January 1, 2021.
