Details: This vintage Fitz & Floyd footed mug is the perfect addition to any enthusiast of classic Japanese art, bird lovers and coffee lovers alike. Crafted in their Yamadori pattern, the mug is beautifully decorated with a blue bird perched on a thin branch in the traditional Sometsuke (Blue and White),style. Inside the rim there's a band in the Japanese "Hishi" pattern, a geometric pattern that symbolizes vitality and prosperity. The Replacements website calls this Bird A, it is a very pretty Japanese depiction of a bird.
