Details: This is a lovely hand painted plate. It features a beautiful country scene with a small house by the water's edge surrounded by a large forest and some pretty White Birch trees in the foreground. There's a little picket fence and pink flowers on the ground. The sky is blue, this looks like a very peaceful spot. It is signed by the artist on the bottom. It is also stamped on the back: "Hand Painted, Made in Japan". It has a most unusual border, it's jagged, very unique. Perfect as a wall plate, alone on a plate stand, or as part of a wallscape.
