- Details: A really beautiful Seedless Grapes crate label, if you love Carnations, this label is for you! There are four bright carnations on this label with a dark background and squared cut corners, it's an outstanding label, and not easy to find. It was made by Schmidt Lithographic Co., in business from 1906 - 1964, before the merger with Stecher-Traung Lithographic Co. The packing company listed on this label is: Tri-Boro Fruit co, Inc. Tri-Boro was incorporated in April, 1963 and were in business until very recently, 2021. Putting all these dates together we are able to date this label from between 1963 to 1966. This label is an original, NOT a print or reproduction, unused, old factory stock, framing is recommended to maintain this condition. Collecting labels has become a very popular hobby, mainly because of the many beautiful and unique images/artwork that can be found.
