• Details:  This is a really gorgeous set of champagne glasses!!  The pattern screams Art Deco, with those geometrical diamond and stripe cuts, plus the square stem and square base, truly exceptional!  There is so much to love about these champagne coupes, not only the beautiful mix of patterns on the bowl, but the stem has a geometrical cut pattern, the square foot has beveled corners, just gorgeous!  These glasses were made by Saben Glass Co in New York.  We have done some painstaking research into this glass maker but found very little.  These are molded or pressed, glass, but the seam does not go all the way to the top edge, which is another sign they are very old.  Hand Wash is necessary to maintain condition.  Gorgeous for the holidays and very special occasions!  Great gift, these are in perfect condition.

• Dimensions:  Approx.  4.5 inches Tall, 4.0 inches in Diameter (top opening), square base is 2.25 inches.  Each holds 6 oz.
• Condition:  Vintage - Used.  Excellent condition, no chips, scratches or cracks.  Please review all pictures and make sure you love this item before purchasing, we can't accept returns. Please remember these are VINTAGE and ANTIQUE items, they are NOT new, every effort has been made to show scratches, wear and tear and imperfections. 

We know very little about Saben Glass, we know they made this pattern, as well as another glass pattern called Scanda in the 1940's.  On Nov 19, 1949 they filed for a new trademark called Royal Family for Sterling Silverware, Coasters, Drinking Glasses and Pitchers, etc.   On Jan 30, 1951 they filed for another trademark to make silverplated wares and in 1957 two of their trademarks were canceled.  We can find no more information on this company.
