Details: This is a rare piece, we searched high and low to find one like it but came up empty handed. It is a ceramic basket, originally intended as a baby nursery/new mom/hospital gift planter, but with its beautiful green color and hand painted ivy, we think it is perfect for adults too! The basket is white with a green painted "ribbon" trim running all along the border and handle, finished with a pretty bow on top. It is made to look as if the basket is "lined" with a pretty ruffled cloth, all in a high shine glaze. It is embossed on the bottom: "Made in China". These baby nursery planters are highly collectible. Would make a great Easter basket, a pretty Spring or Summer hostess gift with a plant or filled with candies. Or of course, for that brand new baby!
