Details: Such a sweet decorative collectible plate, a hand painted Hummel style girl wearing a blue polka dot headscarf and admiring a little bird. We believe this plate is a Japanese import from Lugene's, likely from the 50's to the 70's, since that's when the 2nd Hummel craze was happening in the USA, and Hummels were one of the hottest collectibles. There is one minor condition issue, please see below. There are two pre-drilled holes for hanging with wire, or use a plate holder for display. This would make a beautiful addition to a wall plate collection or as decor in a little girl's room.

Condition: Vintage - Used. Very Good Vintage Condition. There is an area where the paint is scraped, just lightly. Slight wear on the gold rim in a couple of places. Otherwise, we could find no chips or cracks on this piece. Please review all pictures and make sure you love this item before purchasing, we can't accept returns.
