- Details: This Dixie Pumpkin Can Label is getting harder to find, circa 1920's stone litho. Very nice colors on the cabin-in-the-woods scene, pretty scrolls all around the label. This is a stone lithograph made by Piedmont Labels Co, Bedford, VA (1919- today, they were acquired by Smyth Companies in 1998). Very Scarce. It's rare to run into can labels this old with this kind of quality, and in this condition, definitely suitable for framing, and recommended to maintain condition. Collecting labels has become a very popular hobby, mainly because of the beautiful and unique images/artwork that can be found.
